If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 21 days of receiving your item and will be automatically issued with an Online Store CREDIT. You can use your online store credit to purchase any item from our website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, folded neatly and all the tags still in tact (in the same condition that you received it).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for returning your item to us (eg Registered or Express Post).
Please note – we only refund items if the product purchases is defective or damaged.
Due to our high volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges and are unable to hold stock. However we will provide you with an online store credit to purchase the correct size.
Late or missing store credit:
If you haven’t received your store credit yet, please first check your email inbox (maybe even your spam folder) again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please Contact Us.
Regular priced items may only be refunded if defective or faulty. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, so please choose carefully. We DO NOT provide a refund, exchange or store credit on SALE ITEMS if you change your mind, wear it or it’s not the right fit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
